“We worked with Tara who was unbelievable! We had a couple of meetings and then coordinated everything though email, and Tara attended the multiple site walk-throughs as well. Tara set up shared files with all the pertinent information, and reached out to all the vendors first to confirm their bookings and again later to ensure we were scheduled and they were good to go. In a couple of places where we weren’t quite sure how to move forward Tara had wonderful suggestions. On wedding day Tara and her crew were on site early and managed the set-up as well as the entire event extremely well. Tara was clearly the manager, although all the vendors worked together seamlessly and without issue. Clean up was all taken care of, and many items left behind at the end of the night were picked up from Tara a few days later. A family member will be married later this year and was not planning upon using a wedding coordinator; after our strong urging they contacted Tara and we will see her again in November!
